Desktop Donation to Kidagalegama School

 WarmHeart Helpers has completed our latest project here in Medawachiya donating computers to Kidagalegama school. This is a small school with just over 160 students. These students are just as eager as any other to learn and pursue careers in the future to move to places they dream of. This school had a computer lab but no working computers for these students to use. We donated 5 desktops to their lab and they recieved 3 from the government - totalling to 8 computers in their lab! 

We ordered the HP desktops, mouses, speakers and screens from Anuradhapura and had our operations team in Sri Lanka transport the materials an hour away to Medawachiya. Our operations team was met with a warm welcome in the morning at the school was having their Monday morning assembly and had set up a ceremony to show thanks. 

The students were able to use them right away after our operations team set the desktops up. We are ever so grateful to have been able to provide these students with brand new desktops and more. They excitedly sat down with their friends and tested the new computers out!

Our operations team (lead by Sasindu Bandara) was so hardworking and on-time about everything - we don't forget to give our thanks towards them.
